Pacific Coast Café is also our story—that of Izia, originally from southwestern France, and Aaron, who was born and raised in Monterey, California. That’s where we met 10 years ago while we were both working at a restaurant in that coastal town. After several years together in the United States, we returned to the Landes region for a new adventure. And what an adventure it has been! Thanks to our complementary backgrounds in the restaurant industry and our desire to share our passion, Pacific Coast Café opened its doors in 2022—a little piece of California in Hossegor.
